About Me
I’m a brand strategist, content marketing leader, and ICF-certified coach with 20+ years of experience helping small businesses, nonprofits, and household-name brands tell smarter, high-impact stories that connect with audiences, clients, communities, and customers.
My work spans Fortune 100s, SMBs, individual influencers, and mission-driven organizations—but my sweet spot is helping women leaders and their teams unlock clarity, creativity, and momentum.
My own story? It’s a slightly winding one, full of pivots, wins, pain points, and continued growth.
In the mid-aughts, I produced Chief Everything Officers: Women Who Do It All and Do It Well for AOL, an early, groundbreaking social media contest sponsored by Dove. Its success led to my appointment as AOL’s first food and lifestyle editorial lead.

In 2021, I took a life-changing sabbatical. I launched a podcast about the messy middle of life change. I worked with local food justice organizations. (Did I mention I’m a culinary-school-trained chef?) And I trained as an energy leadership coach.
